There are two typise of grade A safety glass which are Toughened Safety Glass and Laminate Safety Glass. Toughened safety glass is 4-5 times stronger than ordinary glass of the same thickness. Laminate safety glass is made of 2 or more sheets of glass bonded together with an inter-layer. This inter-layer holds the glass together when broken reducing the risk of injury.
