I’m Jules Hayden,&nbsp;a proud Mama of two amazing little people and a passionate advocate for women's health. I have a special affinity for pregnancy and postpartum especially the transition from maiden to mother . I believe a nurtured and cared for Mama can in turn raise happy and healthy babies.​Mamas Retreat was born from my heart and soul. I had&nbsp;tough second pregnancy and was hospitalised after the birth of my Son. I wanted to build a village in order to prevent other mamas from falling the way I did and help people at a core level.&nbsp;&nbsp;You can have a massage anywhere but at Mamas Retreat you get an experience unlike any other. I&nbsp;use a professional, tailored and individual approach to help you connect back in with yourself.​I am vastly qualified and experienced but I am always the student.
