After my Father had been diagnosed with cancer he had to a have huge amount of prescriptions filled on a regular basis. One of the prescriptions he needed didn't have a special code from the hospital on it to be able to obtain it, but the Lynfield Pharmacy staff went out of their way to make sure my Father received it, even though they didn't have to supply it. It took weeks of waiting for the hospital to get the information through and my Father would have really suffered without having that medication. We couldn't wish for better service than that and want to thank all the staff at Lynfield Pharmacy. Thank you.
I've gone to this pharmacy only a couple of times and both times I've been sent away because they had been out of stock. I contacted them regarding a 'patient receipt/information report' for an ACC reimbursement but instead they have provided me with an 'Income services report' with an odd charge of $3. The other pharmacies I requested my claim information from (Totara pharmacy New Lynn, Mercy Ascott pharmacy and unichem Glen eden) did not charge and provided the correct information in accordance with the patient care act (any patient can request their records within a 12 month period at no charge).
