we were there for a tournament and pre phoned 3 days prior an order for over $200 KFC and checked again the day before to confirm, when we got there it was NOT REady and they order had been 'forgotten' not good enough !! ANd they offered no compensation or apologies aside from they were too busy
the worst kfc in Hamilton, try to avoid going there on a busy day as we have had uncooked chicken, mixed up orders and standing in a ques for nearly an hour. customer service is something else here as well. rude ignorant staff that don't seem to know what they are doing. very dirty behind and in front of the counter
Disgusting customer service. Came here on 24th december. Stood at the counter which clearly said open for a good ten minutes, staff walked by me and looked at me but refused to acknowledge me or serve me. They then served customers that walked in after me, at the counter next to me. When I enquired as to why they werent serving us, yet serving people who arrived after us she said "that counter isnt open". It very clearly said open. She couldnt have said "I'll serve you at this counter" no, they chose to ignore us completely and act oblivious like it was our fault when I asked why. Not even an apology. I took my money elsewhere. Have complained and heard nothing back almost a month later, guess this store really doesnt care about customer service.
