where do I start. Our family went there for an early dinner. First problem we had was we had to wait 18 minutes for our 6 meals to be ready. The line was literally not moving. We then got our order and started to fill up drinks, they forgot 1 cup, so I procedded back to the counter to get it. My husband's chicken burger was barely even warm and tasted dry like it had been sitting around! He took it back and they replaced it. I then found that my fries were CRUNCHY AND RAW! I went up to the counter and quietly mentioned the problem. The sales person had no apology!! There was no offer to replace the chips. She just said oh ok?
We spent over $55 on this place. I expect better care and quality food! I will never go to this place again, despite it being in our local area. I will go to another branch of KFC. This is my 2nd bad experience at this place within a year!!
I frequent this KFC store at Silverdale quite often & at any time of the day it is always busy so be prepared to wait whether it be thru the drive thru or even over the counter, think that they need to revise the staff verus the demand of their food to increase quicker customer turnnover. Otherwise the food is good as far as KFC goes
Anyone who knows me knows that I love KFC, however the KFC Silverdale continues to let me down. Their service has consistently been slow every time I eat here. I work really close to this KFC so would love to pop over for something to eat on my lunch break, however when I have done this in the past my break was not spent eating chicken but waiting for my chicken. I thought the drive-thru was slow, usually taking 15 minutes at least to get my food, however when I tried ordering inside, even though all I ordered was a kids meal it took 25 minutes to get my meal with many people who had come after me receiving their meal before me which was rather annoying. Also often extra things I order are missing and staff are not very apologetic when you inform the of this. The 1 and a half stars is for the delicious chicken that KFC does deliver but the time spent waiting for it is simply below par.
