My car was a very problematic one and Dave was very honest and keen on finding the best solution possible for all the issues. He was patient to show me all the faults to be repaired, answer my thousands of questions and was always very kind and genuinely willing to help.
Poor customer service. I addressed my issues with the management and they did not even give me the courtesy of a reply. My car failed the wof and it was over some expensive would be repairs. I got a second opinion, and the repairs were unnecessary. After being a Ford owner all my life, I now no longer drive a Ford.
Brought my SUV for engine issues.Thenissue was resolved, but when i checked my car, I found a dent in the front passenger door. The Grey Lynn branch would not accept the fault. Sent an e-mailregarding the dent, they simply don't care, never heard from them. Very frustrated.
