I took my Miele upright vacuum cleaner to this company to be repaired after it lost suction and started cutting out, with the bag indicator showing full when it wasn't. 2 weeks later I called in to see if it was fixed, they said it was but then I noticed before leaving the shop that it was no longer standing upright. Theyagreed to fix that. Another week went by, I called in again to pick it up and paid for the original repair. Get it home, no suction. Call them, nice lady delivers me a loaner and takes mine back to be repaired again. Pick up, shown what they found and implied that this had happened since the original repair, no way it wouldn't even pick up fluff when I got it back. Brought it home for the second time. Still no suction, vacuum bag showing full and guess what? Still cutting out. Can't be bothered going back even though I've paid $94. Off to Godfreys who hopefully know how to fix a vacuum cleaner.
