The biggest nightmare I got is from this company.
Before I purchased the property I currently live in, I asked Inred to do a pre purchase report. The report showed nothing seriously wrong with the property and overall the property is good. Only a few months later there was a big rain and my kitchen started to rain as well (you can imagine). The ceiling of the kitchen was deformed. I had a builder to check the roof and found a series of big rusty holes. It costed me a fortune to replace the roof and I still don't have the money to fix the kitchen ceiling.
Such obvious damaged part of the roof was not detected by the report. The report said "the roof condition is good".
Also, the glass outside the kitchen back door got blow off by wind. I did a thorough check and found the whole wooden frame was eaten empty by ants and looks like rotten inside for many years. And this is not on the pre purchase report either.
TIll now I got no compensation or whatever from Inred. Will have to bring this up to tribunal or anywhere.
