Using House of Travel as a secondary service provider is completely pointless and not worth the hassle with exceptionally poor customer service and poor booking systems. Won't be using your services again.
Also have to wait 30 minutes on hold for customer service, which anyone that can deal with anything is only available during local time business hours.
They also haven't integrated with any airline's latest check in technology, which means while everyone gets their automated boarding and luggage passes, you will be qeueing up at the desk because you can't do that with a HOT booking.
