Purchased some Tubus Racks from their online store, we recieevd confirmation of the order within a few days. After two weeks there was no courier or communication to say goods had been dispatched so chased them up only to find that there had been a delay in ordering due to a fire at the tubus Factory. I was asked to hold tight for a few more weeks, and hey, not much you can do about a fire so I was okay with that. However, two weeks have passed and I had not heard anything back so I chased them again only to find that they hadn't actually placed an order as there wasn't any stock in Australia. Biggest peev is that their poor customer service left me hanging for 4 weeks and they should have been upfront in the first place!
