I tried to use your service tonight, but got rudely denied. I got told the location I wished to go to was "too close" and that "we should walk". Living in Wellington for my entire life, I have never got denied by any cab, of any brand, ranging from Wellington Combined, to Kiwi Cabs, to Corporate Cabs. I was very unimpressed by your drivers manner towards us as potential customers, and denied us on the grounds of the contract he made with your business and the ownership of his car? I believe this would be costing you money as he is using your business sign for his profits as well, but only picking and choosing what jobs he would like. I find this rather unfair as we weren't in any drunken or critical condition that would warrant us a denial.

I will not be using your brand at any time in the future, and will not encourage any friends to choose your service either, after the service I got tonight.
