been going to this store since 2013 when i found out about it and have been coming regularly since, its the only place in NZ that i feel like i can be myself at without being judged since i have a passion for hip hop and the fashion and culture (lived in America for awhile), love the staff and the clothes and styles are always up to date with the times and trends
Have had great service and experiences at Gucci Queen Street. Of course there will always be bad service in retail however if you do go in I recommend asking for either Taylor or Andrew. These two have always made my shopping experience at Gucci wonderful, even when trying things on they never hesitated once by bringing out all the different sizes and styles and even had some great suggestions for other items if they didn't have my size in stock. I also love that if you are flying internationally you can purchase the item duty free and pick it up at the airport. Gucci NZ is also cheaper in NZ so best to purchase on your way out!
Had a TERRIBLE experience at Gucci Queen Street. Bought an $1800 handbag with faulty straps (leather cracked after 3 months of light use). Took literally months of emails to get any resolution from them and only got my money refunded after I told them I would take it to the Disputes Tribunal. Crappy product (I have actually owned two Gucci handbags and both have had a defect) and even worse service. Definitely not what you would expect from a luxury brand. If you can afford it, go next door to Louis Vuitton - bit pricier but much higher quality (I have several LV bags I have had for years and all still look almost new) and fantastic service.
