I would not recommend this company. Terrible service. We booked a car rental, and our car was cancelled on short notice. They informed us via email, and not personally by phone. We were lucky to check our emails when we were on holidays. Imagine if we had turned up expecting to get a car on the day!
They did not offer a replacement car, nor did they even offer to help with booking an alternative car. Beware of this company! I now know why there are bad reviews of this place.
I would not recommend this company. The prices are good, but the service is not. I had a charge put onto my credit card after I returned the car, without notice. It was for scratches down the side of the car which were not there when I dropped the car off at the airport. They did not meet me at the drop off point, and admitted they did not pick up the car until a week later. The scratches were done while the car was parked, not while I was hiring it. I queried with my credit card company, and my money was refunded. I received a rude e-mail from go birdz after that, but have not heard from them again. I will be using Hertz next time - they may charge more, but it will be worth the piece of mind.
