I found the staff quite rude, they were gossiping to each other about the weekend. I felt uncomfortable like I wasn't very welcome (an inconvience).
They have some nice clothing. But because i felt so uncomfortable with them sniggering and laughing I just left.
Music is usually pretty in your face, staff seem nice enough not overly genuine though. Hate trying to get the pushchair around so would hate to know what it's like going in in a wheelchair. Wife seems happy with their clothing, medium price range with medium quality. On Timaru's main Street
Usually come across friendly staff but seems to be someone new there every other week so it really depends who you strike on the day. They now offer direct delivery which is fab and postage is so fast! Less than 24 hours and it was on my doorstep. They don't carry all stock as they're just a small store so direct delivery can be a great idea. Wish that the fitting rooms weren't up steps, unable to try items on with a pram. Also tricky trying to get a pram around the crowded store
