Cleaning appointment few years ago went okay. Cavity was found and filled in subsequent appointment. Filling felt odd (like foreign object) and looked not natural, but it was my first cavity, so I wasn't sure if it was normal or not. Staff was nice, but decided not to return for services. Eventually found a permanent clinic, who quickly pointed out filling not done well. The filling has been smoothed out to correct a jagged edge, but still may eventually need to be re-done in the future. So despite the endless specials Freeman's Bay Clinic offers, it's not worth the risk of poor skills. And, I keep receiving their spam despite unsubscribing!
I don't normally make comments like this but I am not happy about this clinic at all and would never go back there. Although the place looked nice, the service was underpar. I paid for a full 1 hour dental check-up and it only took 20 minutes, and when I arrived home I saw that the clean was not thorough enough - really disappointed considering the price. During the service I didn't feel like I was a customer cared for, they disregarding me as a person - it felt as if I was just another appointment to get through. The workers hardly talked and were not very friendly. I didn't know what was going on half the time, when the appointment finished I just sat there awkwardly for a couple of minutes before even being told that the appointment was over. Would NOT recommend.
