I first fell in love with Flying toast in 2012 when I went there for the first time and had the mushrooms and spinach on toast. No trip to Wellington is complete without a visit. I wish I could review something else on the menu, but I can NEVER go past the mushrooms. Coffee is Wellington-good and as for a few comments about wait times, who cares? The food is TOTALLY worth it. Apparently the date scones are heavenly.
