How can you rate a business that doesn't perform and tells lies? I had a phone call on Friday, 9th October 2015 to say that something we ordered and was dispatched on 28th September and was to be delivered to me on Saturday, 10th October 2015. This was after I had chased up and wondered where it had gotten to. The gentleman actually took my mobile number and said he would ring when the truck was 20 minutes away from delivering this. My morning totally wasted and, no phone call, no delivery. Was told the truck broke down last week when they were meant to be delivered and also again on Saturday. What a load of rubbish. I have worked for two transport companies, one here in NZ for 16 years and another in Australia for three years so I do know about Customer Service! I have never experienced such bad service. This is the second item to not be delivered promptly, the first took 26 days. We have fabulous courier service from Nelson daily. I appreciate the last item was from Blenheim but the first was from Nelson. FLIWAYS, sharpen up your act, you don't deserve to be in business.
