Courier has been delivering to the wrong house (no idea whose house), I call up to complain, lady on the phone sounds soppy like it is somehow my fault their courier is incapable of his job, they are told they are delivering to the wrong house. A replacement package is sent and it is again delivered to the wrong house. I have received 1/4 of my packages in the last 2 months, every other courier company seems to find my place. I bought something else online and just found out they use Fastway, I am dreading how long it will take to actually get my item. Use any other courier company.
