This company takes incompetence to new levels of uselessness. A parcel that was supposed to be picked up ten days ago still hasn't. We've had phone calls & emails saying "it will be picked up tomorrow " & then nothing. Now they just ignore us when we try to contact them. This company deserves an award for "worst courier company in NZ ".
The Dunedin branch appears to be totally devoid of any idea of customer service. Six days ago I phoned them to advise that a parcel addressed to a recipient in Portobello had been mis-delivered to me. I was told the woman would speak to her boss and then let me know what they would do. After two hours of not hearing back from her I rang again, I was told it would be picked up either that afternoon (Friday) or on Monday. It hasn't been, nor have I heard from them.
I would strongly suggest that you find another company, ANY other company., to courier your parcels, if you do not want to risk losing them.

Absolutely terrible business. Package was never even picked up after multiple trips to the store and phone calls. Lady at the front desk and on the phone extremely unprofessional and rude. Horrible customer service. Have to call at least 10 times to get someone on the phone. Go somewhere else.
Appalling service. No response to complaints in relation to a parcel that took 10 days to arrive, when it had a deadline. I would never use or recommend to anybody else to use ever again. If you have other options - I would say - "USE THEM!!!". Why send via courier when it would have got there via NZ Fastpost quicker??? Only giving them 1 star because I can't submit review without it!
