Won't be going back here, your East Tamaki staff need a serious attitude readjustment. I asked a simple question about what temperature I should put My duvet inner on, all I get was a resting bitchface, then a "$6.50 please". As someone who's worked in customer service my whole working life, I'm appalled and my flatmates told me it was good there!? First impressions absolutely terrible. I actually had to pause and stop myself from telling the lady where to shove it and walk out. A simple, 'let's take a look at the care label so we can figure out what temp to put it on' would've been sufficient-some decent customer service..
I am astounded that this place received a bad review. I have taken my linen (after our many visitors) there on numerous occasions and am blown away at the efficient service , helpful staff and cleanliness of this laundromat! Every time I go there I want to tell the boss about his staff and the conditions of his business. Most impressed and would recommend it over and over again!
I was very dissapointed with the service I recieved from papakura, my husband (who is ill) was told to do it himself even though he was going to pay the extra service fee. I called to speak to a manager I was told no and to come down to the laundromat! Then hung up on! I will not be using this laundromat again, I myself own a business and I will be taking my business else where.. I would never allow my employees to speak to a client in the manner!! I hope you are held accountable...
