I have been training at CrossFit Christchurch since April 2014 and as soon as I walked in the door for my first session I felt like I was part of the family. The coaching staff are highly qualified and knowledgeable and they truely care about your well being and want you to succeed.
This is the perfect environment to be in if it is your first time going to a gym because you get one on one help during classes on your technique as well as support and encouragement from the other members. On the other end of the spectrum, if you have already have some experience with fitness, CrossFit will help you build on this and turn you into an amazing athlete :) The workouts are differnent every day(not the same old thing every time) and can be easily scaled to different fitness levels.
There is a free intro session where you can just turn up and see what the whole thing is about and I promise you, you will fall in love! Exercise will become fun rather than something you dread doing every day.
