What an Amazing experience I had with the Craddocks team. I have never done this review thing before but I felt I should with the service that Craddocks gave me. I was running late for my flight and they didn't hesitate in getting me to the terminal with in seconds it seemed, I couldn't have got there any faster even If I was to park at the airport and it was cheaper!! On my arrival the van was there to collect me with a smile, the driver exchanging friendly conversation (rather than the boring man I had next to me on the plane :). Got to my car heater cranking! Just what I needed on a cold winters night.

Fantastic experience with Craddocks recently. The drop off was easy and hassle free and they had me at the airport very promptly. On my return they picked me up after only 5 minutes of waiting and when I got back to Craddocks my car was ready and waiting with the heater going - a big plus when arriving late at night. Great job team.
My vehicle was damaged while stored at Craddocks Airport Car Storage overnight in December 2013. That's ok -these things happen.
What is not ok was the reaction I got when I reported the damage and sent photos to the manager of Craddocks. She said that my assertion that the damage occurred while in storage there "was not believable" and she would not take any responsibility.
As a previous manager of various tourism organisations I found the way I was dealt with and the customer service by the manager of Craddocks was extremely poor. DO NOT USE CRADDOCKS IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR VEHICLE TO BE STORED SAFELY!!

The Craddocks team prides itself on its customer service and satisfaction, so it disappoints us to know you are unhappy with our interaction. On the very rare occasion where damage has been reported to have happened in our facility, we work in the best interests of our customer. In this instance, you stored your vehicle in our facility overnight. You rang the next day to tell us your car’s passenger door had suffered damage while parked here. We reviewed pictures of the damage and, as is usual practice, sought advice from two independent panel beaters. Their assessment led us to advise you it was highly unlikely the reported damage could have happened in our yard. The independent assessors based that on the location and nature of the damage, as well as rust that was present. It is unfortunate that Craddocks has been unable to solve this issue to your satisfaction, but we have made our decisions based on a thorough investigation and independent advice from vehicle professionals.
