Covaflex has custom make our outside clear blinds for our cafe in Drury, Auckland over the last two years. Kate was amazing to work with and really went out of her way to help us with any questions we had. The blinds have made a huge difference to our business over the last two winters, even in the summer when it is raining. We can still use our outside areas now. Our customers know that we have a warm and welcoming cafe next to the fire and still feel like they are out in the gardens.

I am doubly amazed that this company is still in business due to their non existent customer service and communication skills. We paid for a blind in Early Feb this year and and hasn't been received (now midlle May) I agree, Covaflex, is a nightmare to deal with and they continue to evade all contact. It may need to be a legal solution... watch this space!

Ordered a sandpit in January with estimated date of 3-4 weeks. Business do not reply to emails and rarely answer the phone. When I finally got hold of them in late April they told me it had been shipped a month previously - this cannot be true as I was meant to pick it up, had not paid a shipping fee and had not provided my address. I was told that a new one would be couriered for free the next day. Two weeks later it has still not arrived. A shame that summer is now over and my son had no birthday present because of this. If you value your sanity then purchase elsewhere. I paid the day I ordered and yet they still have not produced any goods. Lying to customers is never acceptable!
This customer was advised yes she could collect the item it waited in our factory from the time ordered. When she rang and said she had not received the sandpit she ordered I said ll sandpits had been sent out at that point she sid she was supposed to be collecting. I wish I read these reviews 8+ weeks when I made my order. When I placed the order, I placed it knowing there would be a wait time of 4-6 weeks which I thought to be fair. After spending $600, I paid right away to help increase my chances of a quick delivery. Now i think i have been quickly ripped off by a company who has bitten off far more than they can chew! Why advertise through a large customer based site like "Treat Me" if you can not deliver on a single customers order. Kate was so helpful and quick to response on at the time of payment answering all my questions. But now I sit waiting with many of my polite emails left unanswered. I watch my outdoor furniture and brick work slowly rust and go green with exposure to the elements as I painfully wait for curtains that never come. So disheartened and disappointed.

We paid for a blind in November last year and finally received it at the end of February this year. This was ONLY after the intervention of Yazoom (whom we ordered the blind through) who told them they would refund our money if the blind was not delivered. After three weeks of unanswered and unreturned phone class and emails from myself AND Yazoom, the blind did arrive with no correspondence whatsoever - Yazoom had already refunded the money . A mess. Also, I was TWICE told the blind had been delivered during this time and that it would arrive on such and such date, which of course it never did. Really Covaflex, you are a nightmare to deal with and the few times I actually spoke to a person (Kate, who claimed to be one of the owners) I was treated with absolute contempt and lied to.
I ordered PVC curtains on 17 October and was promised delivery within 4 weeks. It is almost 7 weeks now and there is still no news. Why dont they refund the money if they can't meet their promises. Not a good seller at all. Will be taking up this issue to the authorities.
This customer purchased vouchers from a deal site and did not follow the redemption instructions even when advised by the site to do so he refused. When vouchers are redeemed correctly there are no problems. We go out of our way to help all customers.
I agree wholeheartedly with reviews I have seen elsewhere about this company. I have never in all my years of buying, both personally and professionally, felt the need to place an on line review. They insisted on payment up front, and MONTHS later I finally have my delivery. If I'd received any sort of update from them during the process, without having to absolutely beg and cajole for it, I would have been slightly happier. I would recommend taking your custom elsewhere if you want a reasonable solution in a reasonable timeframe.
last year our main manufacturer was off on acc for 4 months in the middle of the year it made things difficult bulk emails were sent out by us and deal sites but some people missed these due to spam filters etc. All items were delivered and if there are any problems we are happy to put these right.
