Have had the worst service with these guys, no one on one just pre generated e-mails. as seems to be the norm i paid for overnight courier with track and trace next day delivery and it arrived 4 days late. massively disapointing as the package was meant for family members heading back overseas. will look at alternative companies in future.
I refuse to use Courier Post anymore. The last THREE times I have paid for overnight delivery the items haven't arrived until a week later. Usually due to "mishandling" at Courier Post's end. No refund. No apology. Nothing. Don't fall for them - book with someone else!
I have never been so disappointed in a NZ business than with this bunch! I asked 3 times for someone in the investigation team to call me and NO ONE bothered! My parcel was delivered 2 days late even though i paid for over night service. The parcel was bounced around from depot to depot in Auckland for no reason instead of being delivered to the Auckland address it was intended for. I will tell everyone not to bother with your company because you didnt bother to call me back abd explain what was going on,. Not good enough, you have lost this customer!
