This is the worst courier company. They don’t even try to deliver your parcel but online it says delivery attempted??? These days they don’t even bother to leave a card to call. Wondering how do people who don’t check online get their parcels
It happened twice in the last few weeks that they send my parcel to the same street address in Auckland, instead of Tauranga. Luckily they got my parcels back, but it is just the inconvenience. But they are usually pretty good and fast.
Last package they had for me was delivered to the wrong house (thats what the people at the office told me), then they said it had been delivered and signed by me, then it was in the office waiting collection and then they said it had been returned......they had me fill in a refund form, refund was never processed, even though I rung many times, in the end I contacted the company I brought the product from and they sent me another one which arrived with no problems.
Worst service ever!!! This courier needs to sort themselves out, I am sick of waiting days and days for packages that are well overdue with no explanation as to why they are so late! I would not recommend Courier Post to anyone. Will be making a complaint to the branch manager. (I'm in Green Bay area).
Missed a delivery and had the option to redeliver, change delivery address, go to pick up etc. I decided to pick up given I would be in that area anyway. The facility is easy to find - well signposted which is a great start. The wait time was not long and the staff were both friendly and efficient in finding my item. About as good as my experience could be.
Most of the time these guys are great, and get your parcel where it needs to be on time. unfortunately they lost two of my parcels i sent within a 2 week time frame. I refunded one of my clients, and then courier post miraculously found the parcel and delivered it to her weeks later, AFTER i had already refunded her, so she got her product for free.. gee thanks courier post, i love selling items on trademe for free..
Worst service since we got a new driver in our area of new Lynn, he lost our Boohoo package and I have been waiting over four weeks for the "investigator" to get back to me, every time I ring there is no answer, Customer service constantly leave a message for her to ring back but still nothing, would not recommenced if you are wanting delivery to new Lynn.
