Absolutely terribly service. No one can answer a simple question, poor communication. A pickup from Orewa Auckland to Hamilton via overnight courier and still the item has not been delivered nor can they communicate as to were the item is so that I can come in and pick this up. They do not actaully speak with anyone at the other branches only email...... This item was picked up 17th August, today is the 22nd August and still no one can tell me were it is or whether it will be delivered or if I can pick it up.... come on Courier Post this is pretty shody service particulary when you pay for overnight service to a business address.......
No way I could like your page. Can someone explain to me why on several occasions now - I am home and yet the courier is 'unable to deliver' . Latest example - 08:25am on Tuesday 18 August. I was here - and if you provide a door to door service, then I didn't hear a van come up our drive, let alone a knock on the front door.
I think your drivers need a course in how to drive a van up a driveway, how to exit the van and how to make their way to a front door to ring the doorbell or knock. If other courier companies can manage this difficult feat, surely yours can!!
Oh and if they were here (which according to your track n trace they were), then why is there no card anywhere. Oh wait.... it most probably is sitting in my letterbox down my driveway, no where near the house, because he didn't come up!!
