Very well priced for Queenstown. I stayed here for two nights and found the service was impeccable - the staff provided a spare phone charger free of charge, complimentary fruit and local advice. The rooms were a good size - I had a room with two queen beds and a reasonable view of the lake (albeit bear in mind it is semi blocked by houses/hotels as you are not right on the lake). The rooms are a little dated but not overly so - my only concern was the fact the shower dribbled. There was 0 pressure and if I was staying for any longer probably would have asked to be moved.
We booked a standard room and found the space was much bigger than we expected. We could see the lake from the balcony though it was not stunning as some houses blocked the vision. The mattress was too soft for us but we didn't have a choice to get a firmer one even if we made our request beforehand. There were only a few parking slots in the basement so sometimes we had to park our car off the street.
