I have a house that is less than a year old and the top steel layer of the doors has de-laminated outside causing large bubbles - a clear manufacturing defect - Have attempted to contact Conqueror on two occasions to no avail. Considering pursuing with Fair Go and/or the commerce commission. Very disappointing.
We also have a four year old home, had the bearings serviced twice at our costs! Now the doors have faded and we have had trouble getting in touch with the company. Specialists who have looked at the doors state they have never experienced anything like this and the doors are rubbish! \its going to cost us nearly $1000 to have them look anywhere decent. So disappointing and frustrating.
Hi Stephen thanks for your review, Garage doors do require servicing and we highly recommend yearly as do most reputable manufacturers. Fading is something garage door manufacturers do not warrant against. I apologise you have not been able to get hold of us we did have some phone system issues prior to this date which are now all sorted. Please contact me to discuss.

We have a four year old house with a double garage that has a conqueror garage door. The bearings in the guides have failed already and conqueror now advise that only a one year warranty applies to their doors. They will not advise where we can purchase parts and keep insisting that we pay their service people to come a repair the door. We recommend that anyone considering using them should stay well away.
Hi thanks for your review , please contact me to discuss this, we actually offer a two year warranty and like all company have parts readily available. Please call me and discuss the area you are in so I can discuss this with a local distributor. Regards Brian Hill
