We are an NZ owned and operated business that has over 30 years of experience in specialising in all things compressed air.

We service industrial air compressor sites like yours in the lower North Island, including the Manawatu, Wellington, Wanganui, Wairarapa and Hawke’s Bay regions.

We provide ELGI Equipments Ltd compressors, parts and oils. We are the largest stockist of compressor parts and oils in the lower North Island and can courier to you.

We also provide pneumatics, blowers and vacuum.

Our customers range from small workshops to big manufacturing and processing factories. When it comes to compressed air, you can be guaranteed that your business is in the right hands with Compressed Air Controls.

There are four main areas that make up the core of our business: design, supply, installation and repairs.

Design
Whether you have a new concept idea or want to upgrade or modernise a process, we will provide a pneumatic solution that will meet your needs. We offer complete turnkey packages but can also design, build or test concepts to ensure your requirements are met. No problem is too complex and we take pride in the innovative and simple solutions we offer our customers.

Supply
We are suppliers of the highest quality equipment and parts in the compressed air industry. We stand beside our products as they offer our customers return on investment, such as savings in maintenance, longevity and running costs.

Installation
We offer a range of installation services and have experienced, qualified Service Technicians who can organise all or part of an install, anytime of the day. Our installations include us ensuring there is adequate ventilation, correct piping design, condensation waste is draining efficiently and pressure vessels/receivers are correctly installed and meet health and safety requirements.

Repairs
We know that for our customers compressed air is a core component of their business. If a compressed air problem should occur, it’s important that it gets resolved as soon as possible to ensure they get back to business as usual. Our Service Technicians are fully trained and qualified to service any make and model compressor, and all our service vehicles are fully equipped to respond to issues - be it routine services or 24/7 callouts.
