12 months ago we had a goal to triple our used car sales operation over the next 3 years. This was implemented through the importation of vehicles ex overseas to meet stock demands. The most important factor for us is turn over and efficiency of preparation. I have used multiple compliance and automotive shops to carry out our entry level checks, repairs and servicing and Complete Automotive is 2nd to none.
Shaun, Carey, Dave, Tania and the team have fantastic communication and are the best in the business. The service is fantastic and never have any staff been rude to me, they even pick up and drop off cars where we need them to go. We have received fantastic advice at all times to do with any compliance requirements or repairs with detailed costing's. All staff are highly skilled in their fields and I trust their workmanship completely. I am extremely fussy with our stock and have never had a car damaged, marked or incorrectly reassembled after strip out for compliance from Complete. They are fast, efficient and take the upmost care with all vehicles. We have never been overcharged nor have I seen a single scratch or fingerprint on our cars.
Our partnership with Complete has been a crucial part in seeing our sales targets met in less than 12 months and still growing! I give my highest recommendation of Complete Automotive to any potential customer considering using their services.
Not so happy with the service I received here.
Was quoted around $140 dollars for an oil change, however, was charged closer to $250. The make and model and type of oil to be used was discussed at the time of the quote. I wont be taking my vehicle back here.
Contacted by phone twice initially, the communication went well (assuming with the manager and another staff), so decided to use their service. The job they've done on the car was ok. However, when picking the car up, one of the staff had bad attitude, seemed demotivated, and was unwilling to explain anything.
After picking the car up, I've noticed there were rubbish in the car (bits of packaging from the new car part), and have found black fingerprints in the interior of the car, the interior was also dirty after the job. After reaching home, I have found a new short deep scratch on the car (the car's exterior was flawless beforehand). This showed the staff who worked on the car was careless, and did not pay attention to details. This might not happen to everyone, but I definitely won't risk it going back to them or recommend them to my friends. Cheers.
