An employee of mine went to pick up some caps all of which we different and the logo was off center in nearly all of them. When my employee asked if there was anything that could be done to prevent this in future the manager responded "im not going to stand here and measure each one". Which brings up the question, why not? If youre in the cap embroiding business one would assume that all efforts would be made to produce a half decent cap at the very least. The manager then proceeded to say "im here to make money not to make friends". Rest assured we do not want a "friend" that aggressive and dissmissive to a 17 year old staff member.
VERY POOR quality products, but THE WORST customer service and HORRIBLE attitude towards customers and in good need of a few lessons in business.
Nobody will return when their products are terrible from lack of measuring or effort. Nobody will return when spoken to so aggressivley and thoughtlessly.
