Worst impolite Un customer friendly customer care/services team. The ladies on phone pretend they are doing a favour for a paid job. This business won't last long with this attitude and arrogance of customer facing ladies on phone. I would never pay them a penny ever again.
Worst customer service ever. Repairer needed a part to fix dishwasher. Was told 2-3 days. I rang a week later when I had heard nothing, oh, we'll chase that up. Nothing. I rang a week later, still couldn't tell me when it would be repaired. Hung in because they had my call out fee. 6 weeks later after not getting a phone call returned I'm told the part will be another 2 months - only after I called again. When I was annoyed on the phone that it had taken 6 weeks of them not calling to finally find out I had to wait another 2 months and asked if that was considered good customer service the person hung up on me! Which I guess answered my question. Disgusting customer service. Wouldn't have put half a star if that was an option
The repaian came and "fixed" my machine. The next time I went to use it I had a worse flood than ever so called back on the Friday morning and they said they would send someone round that afternoon. At 4pm I hadn't heard from them (after staying in all afternoon) so I called them up to check they were coming. I was told they had finished for the day. As I have young children I told them I couldn't wait the weekwnd tongt my machine fixed and asked for a refund instead (so that I could buy a new machine). I was told that the manager refused to do this. So I am left out of pocket with a broken machine and no customer service!
