The essence and heart of Khmer style is the aromatic spices that made up the Khmer kroeung, which utilises the freshness of lemongrass, Cambodian herbs, kaffir lime leaves, turmeric, galangal, garlic, shallots, fresh ginger root,hot chillies, coriander and spring onions.
