We can understand January’s concern when we couldn’t locate her 9ct chain (approximately 2.3 grams in weight), when it got mixed up in a different safety locker.
We assumed it got lost and at this point we thought that January’s offer of us replacing the chain with one that was of a significantly higher value was unjust, we offered reciprocal benefit and options like new replacement, or ordering a new one from the manufacturer, and even a cash refund.
However, two weeks later, we found her chain, rung her up and she picked her item and to the best of our knowledge, looked satisfied with the transaction.
As far as her concern about the quality of repairs, we have handled the most complicated repairs and remodelling, laser soldering, gemstone setting, sizing in 9ct, 18ct and 22ct gold and we believe the repeat custom from hundreds of clients is an indication that we are highly professional and provide the cheapest, best and most-friendly service.
Had my gold chain repaired on mid February, 3 weeks after i went to get it and was told that they could not find it, gave them a chance to look for it then bout 2 months of following up after they were forcing me to take a thinner and shorter length replacement, when i argued the
male owner said they don't want me to take advantage! seriously I was the one being accused of taking advantage! it was only a week after i brought my friend to be a witness of all these that they magically found my necklace! and guess what? they had the nerve to let me pay for the service! the service was not good at all! this deserves zero rating by the way but because the system won't allow me hence the star! and to top it all the repair was not good i can still feel the cut, and i still had to pay the full amount...not worth the frustration and hassle i went through.
