Then the dessert was out of this world, the lemon cheesecake and Mandarin sorbet was a fantastic pairing with the intense pop of freeze dried Mandarin and crunch of sweet toffee keeping the excitement going. I could not stop smiling the whole night and that was just two of our five courses with exquisite matched wines.
