Driver was knowledgable about layout of Dunedin, ensuring a fast and reliable service. This was unfortunately marred by the drivers rude and aggressive attitude. Driver openly bullied passengers and made several racist remarks; I will be using a different service in the future.
Confirmation email said that we would leave the airport at 3.45pm and arrive in the city by 4.30pm but at 4.30pm the bus was still at the airport with no leaving time in sight. The driver became very angry and rude when I asked about this. A different shuttle had started accepting passengers after 4pm and left by 4.30pm. I called the company twice and both times they flatly refused to refund despite clearly breaking their contract. They said that it was due to 'people getting their bags still' when in fact the flights that they were waiting on arrived after the 3.45pm departure time. My flight had 2 times that could be chosen on the website (to depart the airport), I chose the earlier one but there must have not been enough customers and they lumped me in with their late group without telling me. I will be cancelling the transaction via the credit card company out of principle. After it became evident that we were not leaving any time soon, I requested that my bags were unloaded and took a taxi instead. I was very upset. Extremely rude people answering the phones. Save your sanity and book the 'express' service or go with a different company/taxi. I will NEVER catch a shuttle again
