AIM has a team of health professionals dedicated to assisting people to achieve their full potential at home, in the community and at work. We work with individuals and companies to ensure barriers are identified and controls put in place to reduce risks.
We hold many ACC contracts to assist with returning employees to work including increasing their work fitness, negotiating suitable duties, provision of equipment and workplace modifications and educating individuals in the management of their pain.
We also assist companies with pre employment testing, Risk Assessment, Workplace assessment, Office safety training, Functional capacity evaluations, Functional job descriptions and returning ill or injured workers that are coming back to work or assisting them to stay at work.
