Absolutely excellent service and very friendly and fast replies to questions. I sent my camera in for repairs for a service advisory issue, was told 4-5 weeks, got it back 2 weeks after sending it in. I am thoroughly impressed! Thank you for the excellent service from A&E, Lackland's and Nikon, I have already recommended A&E to photographer friends!
I called about a problem with a Nikon camera. I called the lady Madam because she did not day her name. Then she said "Don't patronise me" and hung the phone up. The most unprofessional service from a service agent I ever had. Because of you I sold my camera and brought a Cannon.
Have made a formal complaint to Nikon about your unprofessional service.
