only frustration makes you write this much.
showing up at 5 telling me nothing more than what i already knew. tells me they will follow up with parts and repair but unfortunately no follow ups .after a week rang to find out what happening they had no idea, so had to start from the beginning explaining whats wrong and that someone had already visited the shop and that im awaiting for repair to be completed. again was told they follow and would let me know. couple of weeks went by again didn't hear from but did receive an invoice for an uncompleted job that's what frustrates me and on top of that i was told that they didn't see a point in contacting me as they were still awaiting for parts. hows that for customer service but very fast getting in there invoice before getting the job done. i mean who charges before they finish the repair and it was only a switch that needed replacing which has been sorted by another company and it took them 30min to source one.
do not ring this guys honestly they have no idea what customer service is what so ever and they have just lost there customer of 2 years.
