We have been using Advanced Business Manager since 2009, and there are some major issues that have yet to be resolved despite several major version updates in this time.
Most of the additional modules are tacky jerry-built quality, and not at all user-friendly and common program functions such as ctrl+C for copy have only recently been added.
There seems to be more focus on having a nice-looking program but no real interest or support from ABM to make the program actually work.
New problems keep cropping up at random - e.g. suddenly all our credits are being processed with no costings for the products being returned (products are returned at cost value of $0.00 meaning a lower than actual stock costing)
Also be aware that ABM uses a Microsoft SQL Database which means a significantly higher cost especially for cloud-based server options (as opposed to some other accounting programs that run other databases).
If you are looking for accounting soiftware, my advice would be DO NOT chose this program - it will cost you thousands in time and tech support costs both “working around” known problems, and dealing with problems as they occur!!
