When writing reviews about services, I am always very mindful of the fact that many evaluations we made are subjective, and thus, my experience may be different from others - and this is perfectly valid.
Now, with that being said, it is in my personal opinion and based on my personal experience that, Glenys had more cons than pros. There were two instances where I had asked her to complete work and she didn't. She was often very late (or even failed) to reply to emails. She asked questions that made it evident that she had not read or understood the case I had presented her with. In my opinion, I imagine that if I had a bigger, more interesting case, she would have made effort to keep me as a client. Instead, at times I felt she was very judgemental towards me and her advice seemed to fall along the lines of 'get over it'.
Of course, this is only one persons unique experience and I wish her the best for the future.
