Here at A Calm Space Andi teaches The Positive Birth Program, by Hypnobubs™ which  is a modern and independent childbirth education program, which will help you summon your natural instincts and prepare you with the knowledge, tools and supports for a calm birth. The Positive Birth Program is logical, effective and evidence based hypnobirthing course. You will gain tools and techniques to help you to restore trust, and regain confidence in birth; knowing that your body was made to do this. You deserve the birth of your baby to be the most positive and empowering day of your life

The Prenatal yoga that Andi teaches is specifically designed to support you through your pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnancy is such a special time and yoga is a beautiful gateway to cherishing these brief 9 months that is abundant with change and growth.
