I've had very mixed experiences in this 2degrees store. Sometimes the staff have been very helpful and friendly while others have been rude and unhelpful.
Some of the staff need further training on the consumer guarantees act as they insisted that my phone warranty had expired and therefore the consumer guarantees act did not apply. They insisted I call Apple, when it is the retailers responsibility to sort it. Luckily Apple was far more helpful than 2degrees.
