The Lido Cafe

Just what was needed on a Sunday morning. Great food and good service. The breakfast menu had something for everyone. Coffee was great too.

We have breakfast at the Lido whenever in Wellington. A convenient location, great menu, obliging service and good coffee.

Great little cafe. Recently been refurbished (mid 2018) and it looks great. I love it there for coffee and breakfast, but they do a full range of other stuff too. Can get loud when it is busy, so if you are after an important business meeting, it might not work, but for a friendly get together, this is your place.

Seating outside on a nice day gives that European feeling due to the proximity to greenery. For dinner the fish of the day has been so tasty.

Absolutely love the interior. Coffee is great, the food was beautifully decorated but tastes very basic and pricey. Floor staff wasn’t as welcoming or friendly. Lots of waiting time to the table and for the food.
