Catch Sushi Bar

One of the few restaurants you’ll find with turning table sushi. Good options available, went here after a long number of years and still tastes great. However it is on the quieter side. They also have some udon dishes that night try next time

As you might expect from a catch bar. Friendly staff and fresh food prepared in front of you. Go down the back and chat to the cook. Cost is reasonable but take care to read about the value of the coloured plates so you can manage the outcome. Popular but there is generally a seat available. Good quick meal if you are on the go.

This is the best sushi place in the whole of NZ!

This is my favourite Courtenay Place lunch (or light dinner) spot. Good prices, great food, and a really good selection to choose from. The space inside is tight though and difficult to squeeze between tables, so bear that in mind if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. The loyalty card is definitely worth having.
