McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

Always visiting here. Food is great but sometimes slow service and also sometimes they’re forgetting food in the orders otherwise a good restaurant.

We stopped in here for lunch as we traveled down the country. The food was pretty good. Ordering our food, however, was a much harder task that it should have been. The girl taking our order clearly wasn't listening to anything we said - she seemed very distracted! We had to repeat ourselves about 3 times and still received the wrong items in my daughter's happy meal! They were more than happy to change it, but the staff need more customer service training!

Really good restaurant to grab a bite on the go . love the drive through as it was really fast and very good service by macas team over Taumarunui , loved the burgers and chips as they were hot and fresh . good customer service .

Clean store friendly service food is by far the freshest of all the maccas I've had , sometimes there is a wait at the drive through but it's worth it cause they have not mucked up an order of mine yet
