Phils direct experience dealing with weathertightness issues in leaky homes, gained through his work as a builder handling re-cladding and renovation projects, combined with his extensive further training as a Building Surveyor, has honed his expertise in investigating and remedying these issues. He possesses an in-depth understanding of how moisture infiltrates buildings and the essential steps required to rebuild confidence and enhance property value.

Industry Recognition

Phil has trained under industry officials who sat on the Expert Committee to develop the Property Inspection Standards NZS 4306:2005 for the New Zealand Building Inspection Industry. He uses the same reporting system, format, and processes to provide you with peace of mind and exceptional service all around.
