      Went for lunch what a mistake, must be the worst coffee I have had and the food not much better. Was not till we were seated that we noticed just how dark and dirty the place was, dirty tissues on the floor coffee stains on the tables, big holes in the aposstry of the Sofa and a staff member sitting with her feet up on the Sofa very loud on the phone.

      Amazing setting in a beautiful historical homestead in the middle of expansive well maintained gardens. Can be very busy, so booking is a good idea. Although, grabbing a takeaway and walking through the gardens is always an option. A really good venue if you want to take your granny out for high tea.
