      What Makes Us Different
      We provide 'pick up and drop off' shuttle services in the Whakatane region. We offer two types of shuttle transfers - shared-ride transfers and private transfers. Our seats are luxury seats, each fitted with a safety belt and plenty of leg space. All shuttles are fully air-conditioned.

      As a first time shuttle user between Tauranga and Auckland airport I was delighted with my outward bound journey. Having agreed to a shared journey, a pickup in Hamilton was not unexpected, and totally without fault. Friendly, helpful driver and a stress-free trip to the airport.
      The return was a different story. Again, I fully expected to have to share and when I was told two Hamilton drop-offs before myself and another Tauranga dropoff, that was okay. I also understand that the service juggles pickups to match arrival times and that there may be a need to wait - and if a flight is delayed then perhaps that wait may be longer. Unfortunately our fourth passenger's flight was delayed and then she declared goods at customs, and we waited, and waited, and waited. When another Aerolink driver arrived I questioned if any of his passengers were going to Tauranga. Nope. Eventually the two drivers agreed that we would take two extra of his Hamilton drops and leave the other Aerolink driver to wait for the lady being held up by customs. Having landed at 1pm, I eventually left the airport at 4pm. With now three drops in Hamilton I eventually got home at 7.20pm. Totally unacceptable. Why all us pax had to wait for hours for the customs holdup is just not fair and there needs to be a cutoff delay time.
      This has made me think twice about using the shuttle again.
