Urgent Care Clinic providing walk-in access to nurses and doctors throughout all opening hours. Radiology (x-ray) and pharmacy on site providing services with the same opening hours.

ACC injuries receive a discount on normal consultation fees.

All arrivals are triaged by a nurse and patients will be seen in order of their medical needs. This may mean that you are seen immediately or that you may have to wait depending on the condition of other patients compared to you. This is the same process used at the Emergency Department of the hospital.

Our fees are displayed by the entrance doors so you can read them before deciding whether to seek help. Please note that radiology is provided by Pacific Radiology Group and they have fees in addition to ours.

Riccarton Clinic is a large urban General Practice and Urgent Care facility, offering an accident/illness service to anybody that needs us and normal GP practice services to enrolled patients.  The clinic provides an After Hours service, being open until 8pm every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays.  We have X-ray facilities and a pharmacy too. 

Note: if it is an emergency you should either call 111 and ask for an ambulance or go to the Emergency Department at the main Christchurch Hospital.

Riccarton Clinic is visited by over 80,000 patients per year but, despite its size, it retains a family doctors feeling with enrolled patients enjoying modern facilities and after-hours access to nurses and doctors.
